We are delighted to be offering this event to the ladies of Kilkenny and the wider South Eastern region (if you are willing to travel).
As part of this event, we will have our very own Epilepsy Advanced Nurse Pratitioner, Sinead Murphy, on hand to answer any questions you might have about your epilpesy or your daughter's epilpesy. But that is not all. We'll also have Antoinette Larkin, a mindfulness & yoga instuctor, who will guide you through the importance of mindfulness and the practices of yoga which can be a great asset in helping you manage your condition. Alongside this, our Community Resource office for the area, Miriam Gray, will also be on hand to offer support and advice where required.
Last but not least, lunch will also be provided on the day so why not book today and sign up for this for this fantastic free event. The event coincides the week of International Epilepsy Day and this is a fantastic opportunity for ladies with epilepsy in the area to ask any questions they might have regarding their condition and take advantage of the expertise on hand. You will also meet with other ladies in the area in a similar situation to you as you learn how best to manage the condition and have some fun in taking part in the yoga!
