We are pleased to be holding this event for parents of children who have been recently diagnosed with epilepsy. We know that when children are first diagnosed with epilepsy, it can leave parents with many questions as to what the condition will mean for their child. This online event aims to help you understand the condition better and ease any concerns you may have.
Alongside our Community Resource Officer, Veronica Bon, we are delighted that we will be joined at this event by Dr. Liz O'Mahony, Paediatric Neurologist at University Hospital Limerick and Maria Keegan, Epilepsy Clinical Nurse Specialist at Our Lady's Hospital Crumlin.
This information session will discuss topics such as diagnosis, treatment & lifestyle and will also give you an oppurtunity to put forward any questions you might have.
