At Epilepsy Ireland, we regularly provide information to people with epilepsy and their families around navigating the entitlements system.
We know that it can be a maze for people in understanding what they may be entitled to, particularly after a new diagnosis and juggling everything which comes alongside that.
We have a strong working relationship with our colleagues in the Citizens Information service, which is why we’d like to invite you to this special in-person event for people with epilepsy/their family members in Cork.
The Citizens Information Service provides comprehensive information on public services and on the entitlements of citizens in Ireland by gathering information from various government departments and agencies to make sure that people have all the information they need, presented in an accessible way.
This event will be hosted by our Community Resource Officer Niamh Jones, and we are also delighted to have Helen Roche from the Citizens Information Service join us on the night. Helen will provide further information on the services Citizens Information offers, and offer further advice on navigating the entitlements system to those in attendance.
We look forward to welcoming you to this event on the night!
