Nutricia Provide Update on Supply of Products

Nutricia - who specialise in providing products relating to the ketogenic diet have provided a statement for our members and service users regarding the supply of their products during the COVID19 situation.

In short, Nutricia have confirmed that there is currently no issue regarding continuity of supply. However, they have appealed to anyone who may be prescribed their products to avoid over-ordering and to ensure that their prescritptions are kept up to date.

At Nutricia, we know that many people rely on our products and services and we take this responsibility extremely seriously. As the COVID-19 situation continues, we would like to reassure you that the availability of our products and the continuity of patient care is a priority.  
We are fulfilling orders as usual and have supplies for everyone who has been prescribed our products.  Please continue to order your products in their usual quantities as this will help you, and everyone else, get regular, uninterrupted supplies.   
We have been monitoring developments closely since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak and have been working hard to ensure products and services remain available to you.  We are in regular dialogue with our factories and suppliers to ensure we are in the best possible position to respond quickly to the evolving situation.   
Considering the current environment, we have taken steps to protect the health and safety of our employees whilst still maintain a high level of continued service to our customers. With flexible work arrangements, our highly dedicated team will continue to support you in every way possible.  
We recognise this is an extremely anxious time for everyone. Whilst we are doing everything we can to make sure that you get the products that you need, you can help us too with sensible forward planning:

• Keep an eye on use-by-dates and minimise waste by rotating stock to ensure the oldest stock you have is used before the newer stock.
• Plan two weeks in advance to ensure there is time for your prescription and order to be processed.
