We are delighted to be offering this event to the ladies of Louth and the wider North East Region (if you are willing to travel).
As part of this event, we will have our very own Epilepsy Advanced Nurse Pratitioner, Sinead Murphy, on hand to answer any questions you might have about your epilpesy or your daughter's epilpesy. But that is not all. We'll also have Ann Dempsey, yoga instuctor, who will guide you through the practices of yoga which can be a great asset in achieving midfulness and helping you manage your condition. Alongside this, our Community Resource office for the area, Mary Baker, will also be on hand to offer support and advice where required.
Last but not least, lunch will also be provided on the day so why not book today and sign up for this for this fantastic free event. This is a fantastic opportunity for ladies with epilepsy in the area to ask any questions they might have regarding their condition and take advantage of the expertise on hand. You will also meet with other ladies in the area in a similar situation to you as you learn how best to manage the condition and have some fun by taking part in the yoga!
