Becoming a member of Brainwave
Annual membership of Brainwave The Irish Epilepsy Association costs just €12.70.
There are many ways join.
- Fill out our online membership form in the Brainwave Shop and pay using your credit/ debit card or through PayPal
- Call us at 01 4557500 to join over the phone
- Download the membership form below, complete and return it to us at 249 Crumlin Road, Dublin 12
- Membership forms are printed on some of our information leaflets and in Epilepsy News, our quarterly newsletter
- Existing members can also use these methods to renew their membership.
