The 2nd edition of the Tour De Gaggs in support of Brainwave will take place this Easter weekend.
The cycle is held in memory of Alan Gallagher, who passed away as a result of his epilepsy in January 2009. The inaugural cycle consisting of over 30 cyclists took place in May 2010 and raised an amazing €20,617 for Brainwave. Find out more about it here.
This Easter weekend, Alan's friends and family will again gather in his memory and will once again be raising funds for Brainwave
A table quiz to support Tour De Gaggs will be held in Cissie Youngs Pub in Cork on Friday 25th March. All are welcome!
* Given the scale of the event, the organisers rely on people to help out in a number of different ways. They are currently seeking the assistance of a physiotherapist for this year's cycle and also sponsors for food, water and other necessities for participants.
